Greening Up the Place

Adam’s favorite place earned a few extra cool points:
. . . as we were sitting at the bar enjoying our Txakolina..mmmm…the bartender threw an empty bottle into a bin under the bar making a loud sound of glass breaking. He said “that’s the sound of recycling!” He went on to tell us how Raval and their sister restaurant next door Monza…also awesome… had gone green.
They recycle everything now, switched to single ply napkins, changed all of the light bulbs, changed the candles..even compost all the left over food. Very cool!
